We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to drive the evolution of the Protection Platform. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—design, sales, engineering, marketing, and support—to streamline operations, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the overall user experience. Responsibilities include conducting customer interviews, analysing data, and working with analytics teams to inform product development and strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Lead customer interviews and gather feedback to understand pain points, preferences, and unmet needs.
- Utilise data analytics tools to analyse user behaviour, platform performance, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
