We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our ESG technology team. In this role you will design, develop, and support ESG data and application solutions that power analytics, reporting, and decision‑making across the firm. You will work independently within established standards, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to reliable, well‑engineered solutions while receiving guidance on new or complex assignments.

Your Role:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain ESG technology applications and services
- Build and support cloud‑based, data‑driven solutions using modern engineering practices
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues following established procedures
- Contribute to documentation, quality standards, and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide informal guidance and knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications:
- Experience with React, JavaScript, Spring Boot, or Python and modern application development
- Experience with microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and Agile development
- Experience working with or integrating AI/ML services, including LLM integrations and AI‑powered APIs
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud‑native architectures
- Financial services or asset management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
