Join some of the most innovative thinkers in FinTech as we lead the evolution of financial technology. If you are an innovative, curious, collaborative person who embraces challenges and wants to grow, learn and pursue outcomes with our prestigious financial clients, say Hello to SimCorp! At its foundation, SimCorp is guided by our values — caring, customer success‑driven, collaborative, curious, and courageous. Our people‑centered organization focuses on skills development, relationship building, and client success. We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Why this role is important to us: Total portfolio management is being reinvented — and you could help define it. Institutional investors around the world are rethinking how they allocate capital across public and private markets. The shift from static Strategic Asset Allocation to a dynamic Total Portfolio Approach (TPA) is one of the most important changes in investment management in decades — and it is already reshaping how the world’s largest asset owners and managers operate. SimCorp is at the forefront of this transformation. Building on the SimCorp ONE platform, we are creating a category‑defining Total Portfolio Management solution that unifies public and private assets, embeds investment policy and governance directly into the data model, and progressively moves clients from portfolio visibility to decision support, to intelligent automation.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help lead this journey. If you are excited by complex investment problems, enjoy turning ambitious strategy into shipped software, and want real ownership over a critical product area — we should talk.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for one or more capabilities within Total Portfolio Management.
  • Translate the Total Portfolio strategy (visibility → decision support → automation) into clear, incremental product outcomes.
  • Lead and prioritize the product backlog for 1–2 cross‑functional scrum teams, balancing client value, platform foundations, and technical health.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to frame problems, shape solutions, and deliver high‑quality, scalable software.
  • Develop a deep understanding of institutional investment workflows across public and private assets, including governance, risk budgeting, liquidity, and portfolio construction.
  • Write clear product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align teams around intent, outcomes, and value.
  • Define success metrics and use data, client feedback, and market insight to continuously refine the product.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure coherent end‑to‑end Total Portfolio workflows across the platform.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Marketing to support product positioning, demos, and strategic client conversations.
  • Represent the voice of the client while maintaining a strong sense of long‑term product direction.

Benefits:

  • Global hybrid work policy – Work 2 days a week from the office; the remaining days can be remote.
  • Growth and innovation – Every 6th sprint is reserved for planning and innovation.
  • Self‑directed work – High degree of self‑organization and freedom to plan, organize, and design work.
  • Inclusive and diverse company culture.
  • Pension and health benefits with bonus opportunities.
  • Work‑life balance – We strongly believe that an equilibrium between professional responsibilities makes us the best versions of ourselves in both private life and the workplace.
  • Empowerment – All voices are valuable and must be heard; you will help shape our work processes.
