Reporting to: Technical Manager

Hours of Work: 39¾ hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a service team to support dealers and customers worldwide.
  • Performing maintenance and fault‑finding on mobile crushing and screening equipment.
  • Commissioning and training customers and dealers globally.
  • Providing detailed technical site reports and conducting risk assessments and method statements.
  • Assisting with new product development through visits to prototype units.
  • Offering remote support to dealer and customer networks when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mechanical/electromechanical roles, preferably in the crushing and screening industry.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills with diesel, hydraulic, and auto‑electronics experience.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical schematics (desirable).
  • AC electrical qualification/experience (desirable).
  • Arc/MIG welding qualification/experience (desirable).
  • Valid clean driver’s licence and passport.
  • Computer literate with basic use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
