Do

Toprovideexperttechnicalsupport, monitoring, andmaintenancefor Cingularity'sglobalnetworkandvideoservices, ensuringflawlessdeliveryoflivebroadcastcontent.

The TOCNetwork Engineerplaysacriticalroleinthe24/7Technical Operations Centre(TOC), proactivelyidentifyingandresolvingissues, implementingsolutions, andcontributingtothecontinuousimprovementof Cingularity'sservices.

Thisrolerequiresapotentblendoftechnicalexpertise, customerserviceskills, andtheabilitytoperformunderpressureinalivebroadcastenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support & Team Contribution

• Proactivelymonitorthe Cingularity Network, associatedsystems, andvideoservicesusingmonitoringtools(e. g., Nimbra Vision, Zabbix, Grafana, Multviewersand Transport-Stream Probes).
• Participateinteamrotasutilisinghybridfollowthesunmodel, ensuring24/7monitoring, support, andmaintenancecoverage.
• Contributetoacultureofhighperformance, collaboration, continuouslearning, andcustomerfocuswithinthe TOCteam.
• Review, process, andmonitorplannedworkactivities, ensuringminimaldisruptiontoliveservices.
• Service & Solution Delivery
• Executelivetransmissions, includingrouting, check-in, monitoring, andcheck-outprocedures, ensuringflawlessservicedelivery.
• Providedirectcustomersupportviaphoneandemail, addressserviceissues, bookings, andotherinquiries, andcollaboratewithpartnersandsuppliersasneeded.
• Proactivelyidentifyandaddresspotentialissuesbeforetheyimpactservicedelivery.
• Completingservicebookings, includingprovisioningofoccasionaluseservices.
• Technical Execution & Incident

Management

• Resolvenetworkandserviceissues, workingfrominitialinvestigationtofinalresolution, isolatingthecause, andminimisingimpact.
• Log, analyse, andactuponallincidentspromptly, contributingtoincidentreportsandrootcauseanalysis.
• Assistinthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofincidentmanagementanddisasterrecoveryplans.

Process Optimisation & Documentation

• Ensurethatyoufollowthechangemanagementprocess.

Technology Implementation & Support

• Assistintheimplementationofbespokecustomersolutions, workingalongsideprojectmanagement. Thisincludes:

• Installationandcommissioning.
• Contributetocorenetworkdevelopment, maintenance, andupgradingofthe Cingularity DTMand IPNetworks.
