We’re looking for a Technical Service Owner to join our ever evolving Payouts, Marketplace and money movement team and help shape the future of global commerce.
- What you’ll own
- You’ll be the go-to service owner for our Domain, building strong, trusted relationships through a caring, client‑first approach.
- You’ll advise clients on the right Global Payments products for them, being curious and taking the time to really understand their needs.
- You’ll take ownership of retention performance, proactively spotting at‑risk accounts and acting early to protect and grow relationships.
- You’ll lead key account conversations, using insights for account reviews, pricing requests, and negotiations that deliver the right outcomes for clients and the business.
- What you’ll bring
- The ability to communicate with clarity and influence, building credibility with Engineering and stakeholders.
- A ‘think like a client’ SRE mindset – understanding what matters most, and confidently leading initiatives to deliver high availability end to end solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and innovative thinking to navigate challenges and resolve issues effectively, ensuring we learn from incidents and put in place change to prevent future re‑occurrence.

- Experience working with on prem legacy platforms and cloud based microservices.
- A genuine interest in Global Payments’ products and the wider payments industry, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
