The Mission & The Squad

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. We are doubling down on our AI strategy with the launch of our AI Adoption Platform. This squad operates as a foundational "startup" within the business. Our MVP has already demonstrated 10x adoption results in initial pilots—now we’re building the engine to scale it to the world.

As a Software Engineer in this squad, you won’t just be a "junior" developer; you’ll be a foundational builder in a greenfield environment, learning directly from senior experts as we define the future of work.

The Challenge

  • Ship Real Features: Ship production‑ready code across the backend and frontend (Typescript, NodeJS, React).
  • Design MVP and Scale: Learn and contribute to build a product from the beginning.
  • Own Your Craft: Go deep on modern engineering practices, from writing clean, testable code to understanding how our AWS infrastructure supports our users.
