In this role, you’ll play a key part in configuring the Clio Operate platform to leverage its functionality and meet our clients’ unique business needs. You’ll work closely with product managers and colleagues to build and configure our accelerator solutions. This is a proactive, problem‑solving role, so strong communication skills and a consultative mindset are essential.

About Your Team: Clio Operate (previously ShareDo) is a cutting‑edge, adaptive work management platform that empowers large law firms to create customised solutions for managing their work processes. We focus on mid‑sized to enterprise law firms that use Clio Operate as their Case Management System to streamline operations, boost profitability, and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Configuration
    • Design Review: Contribute to accelerator design artefacts to ensure high‑quality, effective solutions that remain consistent with our core design principles.
    • Platform Configuration: Using low‑code modeller tools, configure accelerator solutions based on design artefacts and best practices.
    • Data & Workflow Development: Create data capture and workflows that are optimised for accelerator implementations.
    • Data Customization: Gain deep knowledge of the Sharedo platform to create high‑impact, value‑driven customisations and exceed client expectations.
    • User Interface Customisation: Using deep knowledge of the platform, create high‑impact, value‑driven portals and visualisations.
    • Quality Control: Execute unit and E2E testing of solutions to ensure they are working as intended.
    • Best Practices: Promote best practices for platform configuration to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaboration & Best Practices
    • Collaboration: Work with Product Managers, Technical Consultants, QA, and wider Clio Operate teams to shape designs, solutions, ways of working, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Documentation: Maintain design artefacts to ensure they align with the finished solution.
    • Best Practice Guidelines: Develop and share configuration standards to maximise utilisation and performance of accelerator solutions.
    • Product Management: Maintain operational excellence by following established processes and standards within Linear and Confluence.
    • Governance: Support and contribute to governance frameworks and ways of working for accelerators and wider product teams.
  • Colleague & Client Support
    • Accelerator Support: Provide support to colleagues, clients, and partners using our accelerators, including importing solutions and assisting with configuration changes.
    • Enablement: Support development of materials and guidance to help others confidently use Clio Operate’s accelerators.

What We’re Looking For

  • Required
    • Experience with Low‑Code Platforms: Proven ability to configure business software using low‑code or configurable platforms (e.g., Sharedo, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
    • Communication Skills: Able to translate and explain complex concepts clearly and simply to different audiences.
    • Strong Attention to Detail: Accuracy and quality are key when configuring the platform and maintaining documentation.
    • Process Documentation: Skilled at writing clear and concise documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
    • Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues and quickly implement effective configuration solutions.
    • 20% Travel: Visit Clio Operate office and attend cross‑functional meetings.
    • AI: Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
  • Preferred
    • Legal Technology experience is highly desirable.
    • Background in Workflow Design or Process Modelling is a strong plus.
