- What You Need To Succeed
- Senior leadership experience leading analytics and data science teams in a high-growth product, marketplace, subscription, consumer, or other digital business, with at least 7+ years leading analytics or experimentation organisations - managing managers
- Strong business and strategic judgement, with the ability to connect data to company strategy, influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and make clear trade‑offs.
- Ideally having experience working closely together with finance and business teams
- A track record of measurable impact across areas such as conversion, retention, monetisation, customer lifetime value, marketing efficiency, marketplace performance, or product engagement.
- Deep experimentation and measurement expertise, with the technical judgement to evaluate quality, ask the right questions, and raise standards across teams.
