About the role:
Over the last few years we have been very successful in disrupting the competition and we are now rapidly expanding our team to cement our position as the leading partner for SAP Transformation projects. We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high‑achieving and high‑potential individuals to take our SAP Transformation Consulting practice to the next level and currently have an opportunity for a Lead SAP Solution Architect to join the team.
What your days will look like:
- Resolving key design decisions focusing on technical architecture and integration for our S/4 HANA clients
- Developing cost models for large‑scale SAP implementations and leading project analysis for transitions from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA
- Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients with SAP BTP and/or other integration platforms
- Architecting and delivering innovative IT solutions, leading UI strategies, comparing technology options to maintain a ‘clean core’, focused on SAP but with knowledge of surrounding technologies
- Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring alignment with C‑suite and key decision‑makers, reporting to Partner Level
- Managing and delivering large projects by developing/mentoring the project team, assessing architecture options with SAP for our clients, managing engagement risks throughout
- Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
- Influencing clients’ use of AI solutions/SAP Joule
- Training, coaching, and supervising team members
This role is for you if:
- You have experience leading and inspiring large teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore
- You have multiple end‑to‑end implementations in ERP and Finance projects as well as extensive experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Oracle or Workday
- You have deep technical expertise with certification as SAP Enterprise Architecture and SAP BTP
- You have cloud certifications in Microsoft, Google or Amazon technologies
- You have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the client
- You have pre‑sales experience
