As a Learning Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in designing and shaping end-to-end learning solutions for clients. Working closely with sales, account management and delivery teams, you will translate client needs into practical, outcome-focused solutions that are commercially viable and ready for delivery. This role is central to supporting bids, pre-sales activity and complex opportunities.

This role is home-based, however there will be the requirement to travel for client meetings – these could be based anywhere in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with business development and account teams to shape opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award
  • Lead the design of solutions for bids, proposals and complex sales opportunities
  • Translate client requirements into clear, outcome-focused solution designs across services, delivery models and commercial elements
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and teams to develop solutions that meet client and organisational outcomes
  • Assure the quality, accuracy and completeness of solution design, ensuring alignment with governance, risk and commercial expectations
  • Represent the organisation externally as a subject matter expert, contributing to industry forums and sharing insight to strengthen propositions

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in learning solution architecture or complex solution design within learning or managed services environments
  • Experience shaping complex deals involving technology ecosystems across public and private sector clients
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into commercially viable solutions
  • Working knowledge of data flows and data infrastructure to support secure, end-to-end solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience working with pricing, costing and risk models
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex solutions clearly

Desirable:

  • Experience designing solutions across multi-supplier or partner ecosystems
  • Familiarity with sales governance, assurance frameworks or mobilisation models
