You will be leading a team of Cisco Presales Solutions Engineers covering the Americas’ markets with heavy expertise in Identity Security.
You will inspire and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Your primary focus is on developing talent, setting clear expectations, and ensuring your team consistently delivers innovative solutions that align with Cisco’s strategic vision.
You will act as a strategic advisor to customers and partners, cultivating executive‑level relationships and guiding your team to meet and exceed revenue and operational targets.
You will also stay ahead of industry trends—especially the rapid evolution of AI—to guide your team in crafting cross‑product solutions that address complex market challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technical sales or solutions engineering roles, collaborating with sales and customer‑facing teams to drive business results.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise in security, networking, and/or cloud.
- Proven track record of strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to drive comprehensive technical sales strategies that accelerate growth and deliver measurable business outcomes for our global customers.
