Join PwC’s Digital Procurement team and help deliver innovative, tech‑enabled procurement transformations across global organisations. You will work at the intersection of procurement, technology and AI, supporting clients to modernise their Source‑to‑Pay landscape, with a particular focus on P2P optimisation, digital enablement and AI‑driven innovation and automation.
As a Manager, you will take a hands‑on leadership role in the design and delivery of technology implementations, acting as a solution architect and technical delivery lead across one or more engagements. You will be responsible for translating functional requirements into system solutions, overseeing build and configuration, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across the implementation lifecycle.
You will work closely with Senior Managers and Directors to deliver large‑scale transformation programmes, while owning day‑to‑day delivery, managing technical workstreams and guiding junior team members. You will also play an active role in business development, identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contributing to proposal development and collaborating with PwC’s alliance partners and broader Consulting teams, including Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Risk and AI specialists, to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end solutions.
This role can be based in London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Belfast.

- Identify and drive opportunities for automation, digitisation and AI enablement, embedding innovation into core procurement processes and unlocking continuous improvement.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across PwC and client organisations, fostering collaboration across technology, functional and AI specialists to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.
- Support clients in defining their AI strategy for procurement, including opportunity identification, business case development, and deployment roadmaps.
- Design and implement AI‑enabled workflows and agents, integrating with procurement platforms and enterprise systems.
- Manage day‑to‑day delivery of workstreams or projects, ensuring progress, quality and alignment with client expectations.
This role is for you if:
- Strong technical background (e.g. computer science, engineering, data science, or similar) or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Experience in identifying and implementing AI / GenAI use cases within procurement or adjacent domains, with a strong understanding of AI workflows, agents, and automation tools (e.g. LLM‑based solutions, orchestration tools, and intelligent automation).
- Experience in system configuration, solution design and workflow automation within procurement or enterprise platforms, including an understanding of system integrations, APIs and data flows across enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, Finance systems).
- Experience working with leading procurement and orchestration platforms (e.g. Coupa, SAP Ariba, Agiloft, Icertis, Zip, Oro, etc.).
- Strong experience across the end‑to‑end S2P lifecycle, with deep expertise in P2P processes and optimisation highly preferable.
- Proven track record delivering and managing teams across technology‑enabled procurement transformations (design through to implementation).
- Experience with data analysis, scripting or programming (e.g. R, SQL, Python or similar) is highly desirable, as well as experience with data visualization platforms including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
