The role exists to bridge our users, product, and engineering. You’ll be stretched across platform support, data wrangling, scripting, and process improvement, all on a platform that’s doing something genuinely interesting in the built environment space.
What you’ll be doing
- Technical Support & Professional Services
- Own the Queues: Manage the incoming support queue (Intercom/Email) and the Professional Services Jira board; prioritising, triaging, and resolving tickets within SLA.
- Investigate & Resolve: Dig into technical issues, writing SQL queries or python scripts and combing through logs to understand what’s going wrong and why.
- Execute Technical Tasks: Handle a broad range of professional services requests, including generating data products, configuring customer environments, and performing geospatial data engineering tasks.
