The Manager of Product Management is responsible for leading the product management team in developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that meets customer needs, drives revenue growth, and achieves organisational objectives. The Manager will oversee the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, gathering and prioritising product requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with engineering teams, and delivering high‑quality products on time. The Manager will also drive innovation through research and development initiatives and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or services.
What you’ll do
- Lead subscription & offer strategy – Develop and own the product strategy for subscription services and promotional offers within the commerce backend, ensuring alignment with broader business goals, user needs, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Define data-driven requirements – Use qualitative and quantitative insights to define requirements that meet industry best practices and deliver robust subscription and offer capabilities.
- Champion user‑centric design – Advocate for customer‑first experiences, ensuring subscription and offer journeys meet the expectations of both users and the business.
- Collaborate across functions – Work closely with business, product, engineering, research, and external partners; balance diverse inputs; and build a trusted network of cross‑functional collaborators.

- Roadmap leadership in streaming/media – Demonstrable experience strategising, testing, developing, delivering, and scaling products in streaming or media environments.
- Backend subscription & offer capability development – Strong track record developing backend capabilities for subscriptions/ex‑promotional offers, grounded in technical understanding and partnership with engineering leaders.
- Expert digital product development – Relentlessly high standards with deep operational knowledge of tools, technologies, best practices, and experience‑based methods across the full digital product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical & technical acumen – Fluency in defining customer problems, forming hypotheses, prioritising backlogs, understanding systems design and scalable architecture, and rigorously evaluating concepts through execution, experimentation, success, or failure.
- Proficient with modern delivery tools – Close familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Slack, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering leaders to define and deliver high‑calibre solutions.
