About the role

A great opportunity to join our UK Security teams completing a range of admin tasks. There will be on-the-job training, mentoring and guidance as part of a business team in a technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Security Coordination team in processing of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment checks
  • Support the Security Coordination team in processing United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearances
  • Support Security Coordination Manager in the compliance, preparation and creation of Security Metrics
  • Support on site access request administration
  • Support business continuity and incident management processes, incidents and investigations
  • Administration of electronic database for employee clearances
  • Administration of site visitor security pass issue and receipt
  • Confirmation of employee security clearance details to external parties
  • Maintenance of records
  • General office administration support
