Your day at NTT DATA:

The RSE Program Specialist (RPS) will be part of Global IP Network’s (GIN’s) Sales Enablement and Channel (SEC) team, and is responsible for managing the relationship between the internal NTT DATA Region Sales Entity (RSE) teams and GIN including deal process and revenue growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement and Channel, the RPS is the main point of contact for RSEs in all matters relating to sales opportunities, business processes and commercial requests. The RPS will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders in the RSE organization and will act as the sales enablement resource for the sale of GIN services by the RSEs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the expert resource for the GIN organization for the wider NTT DATA RSE organization.
  • Ensure continued growth of New Incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (NIMRR) bookings by RSE teams.
  • Focus primarily on continued deal flow and revenue growth from the RSE teams.
  • Manage and enforce training, sales enablement initiatives and globally developed policies, processes and strategies.
  • Meet with NTT DATA’s RSE teams globally as necessary; travel up to 10%.
  • Support RSE teams by creating, evaluating and optimizing sales opportunity responses.
  • Provide periodic reports to GIN management on RSE performance and others as needed.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

  • Highly versed in enablement roles in the telecom and/or tech industry.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with teams across multiple time zones globally.
  • Sensitivity to culturally diverse business environments.
  • Strong skill in pulling the right levers to positively influence key stakeholders within internal organizations.
  • Understanding of sales targets and familiarity with a quota‑driven environment.
  • Team‑player mindset, goal‑oriented, and willing to voice creative and expert opinions to build a positive result for GIN.
  • Comfortable navigating the ever‑changing environment within a large organization and remaining positive in potentially challenging environments.
  • Strong presentation skills and public speaking abilities.
  • Additional languages are a plus.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales or a related field.

Required experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the areas of Program Management, Sales Ops or Sales Enablement.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience within the Telecom and/or IP industries preferred.
  • Experience with global international teams is a plus.
