Lomondgate (Dumbarton) .
You'll be responsible for the execution of portfolio product introductions and will be deeply involved in working with the Product Line Manager in initiating, scoping, planning, and executing major new product introductions.
This role will work in close collaboration with Product Management, Product Engineering, Procurement, and regional commercial and operation stakeholders for who you will translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and driving their fulfillment via our product management framework.

- What you'll do as Product Manager: Product Management & Project Delivery:
- Lead product introductions, changes, and updates organization-wide.
- Coordinate business case proposals, product requirements, and specifications.
- Support product lifecycle decisions (launch, upgrade, phase-out).
- Lead project execution and stakeholder communication.
Market and Competitor Insight
- Analyse market intelligence, competitor offerings, trends, and product performance to inform strategy.

- Experience & Education: Experience in a product-focused role (e. g., engineering, supply chain, operations) within a product-led organization, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving capabilities.
