Location: Bristol
Hours: Full Time – 35 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in our Bristol office

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Platform & Service Management – Lead the delivery of outcomes across card platforms, card issuing and processing systems. Manage BAU operations, ensure service continuity through ITIL-aligned practices, and support DR testing and IAM controls.
- Operational Delivery & Strategic Planning – Own budget delivery and conduct complex analysis across your area. Contribute to strategic planning and deliver outcomes through established data and knowledge management systems.
- Process Improvement & Change Delivery – Identify and address system and process gaps, delivering elements of change programmes. Develop product specifications and testing standards to support platform evolution.
- Security & Governance – Provide input into IT Security policy development, implement supporting procedures, and monitor compliance across your domain.
- Leadership & Capability Development – Manage and develop direct reports, set short-term objectives, and support performance management. Provide coaching and specialised training across the organisation, while investing in your own growth.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Cards Domain Expertise – Proven experience in card issuing, card processing (TSYS, Fiserv, Global Processing Services (GPS) etc.)
- Technical & Operational Excellence – Strong understanding of ITIL, service management, IAM, and disaster recovery testing.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Ability to manage teams, mentor others, and work cross-functionally to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Problem Solving & Delivery Focus – Skilled in analysing complex issues and delivering solutions within established systems and frameworks.
