Make an impact with NTT DATA. Join a company that is pushing the boundaries of what is possible. We are renowned for our technical excellence and leading innovations, and for making a difference to our clients and society. Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.

Launch Your Career as an AI-Native Business Graduate with NTT DATA. AI is transforming how businesses operate, compete, and grow. At NTT DATA, we’re not just adapting to that change — we’re building the leaders who will drive it. Our European Business Graduate Program is a 2‑year, high‑impact experience designed to develop commercially minded, AI‑native leaders by giving you real responsibility early on.

What makes this program different? This isn’t a “learn first, contribute later” scheme. From your first weeks, you’ll work on real business problems that matter with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and visibility from senior leaders. You won’t be observing how the business works. You’ll be helping to improve it.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Analysing operational and commercial data to identify inefficiencies or growth opportunities
  • Designing and testing AI‑supported solutions using tools such as Enterprise ChatGPT and our own native Large Language Model
  • Working in short, focused “sprint” projects (typically 3–6 weeks) with clear KPIs
  • Collaborating with teams across go‑to‑market, partner management, sales and operations functions
  • Presenting your recommendations and results to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the implementation of successful ideas into the business

Example projects could include:

  • Reducing manual processes through automation to save time and cost
  • Improving sales pipeline performance using AI‑driven insights
  • Identifying revenue growth or margin improvement opportunities
  • Enhancing internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Your journey:

  • Year 1 – Build & Deliver: You’ll work in cross‑functional teams on high‑impact projects, contributing ideas, analysis, and execution. Your focus will be on delivering measurable outcomes and building core business and problem‑solving skills.
  • Year 2 – Lead & Scale: You’ll take ownership of projects end‑to‑end, lead initiatives, and help embed successful solutions into the business. You’ll also mentor new graduates, strengthening your leadership capability.

What you’ll gain:

  • Hands‑on experience solving real business challenges
  • Exposure to senior leaders through project work and presentations
  • Early responsibility and ownership of meaningful initiatives
  • Structured development, including mentorship and certifications
  • A strong peer network across Europe
  • The opportunity to shape how AI is applied in a global organisation

Who we’re looking for:

  • Curious and analytical, with a strong interest in how businesses operate
  • Commercially aware and motivated by delivering real results
  • Comfortable working with data and solving complex problems
  • Proactive, accountable, and willing to take ownership
  • Interested in how AI can be applied to improve business performance

You don’t need to be an AI expert — but you do need the mindset to explore, test, and apply new ideas.

Why NTT DATA? You’ll be joining a global organisation operating in 70+ countries, working at the intersection of technology and business. Our Technology Solutions team plays a critical role in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across Europe. We invest in people who want to make an impact and give them the platform to do it.

Main Benefits:

  • Annual Bonus
  • Private medical
  • Income protection insurance
  • Bike leasing scheme
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Data and voice subscription + contribution for a smartphone device
  • Office location – 1 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BJ
