Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks to support the control of Legionella bacteria.
Complete temperature monitoring of water services, including plant and distribution systems.
Undertake shower cleaning and descaling, water tank cleaning and disinfection.
Inspect water services plant, including cold water storage tanks and calorifiers.
Carry out TMV inspections, servicing and basic water system remedial works, including removing dead legs and water tanks.
Collect water samples for microbiological analysis.
Identify potential non-conformances beyond the immediate scope of works.
Complete all tasks in line with company method statements, procedures and health and safety requirements.
Liaise professionally with client and site personnel regarding work progress, issues and remedial requirements.
Communicate progress issues or site problems to the office promptly.
Represent the company professionally and help promote a positive company image.
Liaise with the sales team on important site issues and required remedial works.
