The ISO 20022 Adoption team is looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep technical expertise to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and alignment of product dependencies critical to the success of the ISO programme and the delivery of upcoming standards releases.
Experience
- At least 5 years experience in a financial operations, product or service development/project planning/management position.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Alignment:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap required to support ISO programme objectives and upcoming standards releases.
Cross-Product Dependency Management:
- Coordinate product, technology, and operational dependencies across teams to ensure timely and aligned delivery.
Product Definition & Requirements:
- Translate customer needs, and business priorities into clear product requirements and implementation plans.
Technical Readiness:
- Assess the impact of changes and drive technical readiness across affected products and services.
Programme Execution & Release Readiness:
- Lead product readiness activities, managing risks, milestones, and dependencies to support successful releases.
Stakeholder Alignment & Governance:
- Drive alignment and decision-making across product, engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
Adoption & Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor adoption, customer feedback, and operational performance to guide product evolution and roadmap decisions.
