SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division is currently recruiting 3.5 Tonne Delivery Drivers on behalf of our client based in Morley, Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy home delivery operation, providing a high-quality delivery service to customers across the region. You'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of household goods while delivering excellent customer service at every stop. This is a physically active role, so you'll need to be comfortable lifting and carrying items such as furniture, mattresses, beds, flat-pack furniture, and white goods. Key Responsibilities
- Driving a 3.5-tonne delivery vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Completing scheduled home deliveries efficiently.
- Loading and unloading household goods as required.
- Carrying furniture and other large items into customers' homes.
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous 3.5-tonne delivery driving experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
- Able to work independently and manage delivery routes efficiently.
