Swift is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Cheltenham site. You will drive planning, quality and lean improvements to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.
Reporting to the MD, you will develop and coach production teams, manage capacity, safety, and performance metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across manufacturing activities.
