The International HR & Payroll Specialist at Swift London office is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of international payrolls and supporting global HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process multi-country payrolls, ensuring compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs across various international locations.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employment status.
- Assist with global HR onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies for international staff.
- Provide proactive advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, absences, benefits, and local legislation.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers and tax advisors in different countries.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including policy development and process improvements.
- Prepare and analyze HR and payroll reports for management.

Job Qualifications
