Key Responsibilities
- Shape Product Strategy at Portfolio Level
- Define and evolve the FCC product portfolio strategy, aligned with Swift’s overall strategy and market positioning
- Drive prioritisation and investment decisions across products, balancing growth, regulatory, and customer needs
- Identify new opportunities, gaps, and innovation areas within the financial crime compliance space
- Ensure a clear and differentiated value proposition across the portfolio
- Bring an Outside-In Market Perspective
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry trends and regulatory developments
- Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and actionable product decisions
- Ensure all product initiatives are grounded in real customer needs and market opportunities
- Drive Customer-Centric Product Definition
- Establish strong customer engagement and validation practices across the team
- Ensure product requirements are clearly defined, prioritised based on customer and business value and validated with customers before development
- Act as a voice of the customer at portfolio level
- Own the Product Roadmap
- Lead the definition of an integrated product roadmap across FCC solutions
- Translate strategy into clear product priorities and high-level requirements and initiatives
- Work closely with product delivery teams to align on scope, sequencing, and outcomes
- Ensure coherence and alignment across multiple squads
- Drive Go-To-Market and Product Adoption
- Define and support go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and usage
- Partner with commercial and marketing teams on value messaging, target segmentation and use cases
- Monitor product performance (usage, adoption, feedback) and continuously refine strategy and roadmap
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Lead and develop a team of ~6 Product Managers
- Foster a strong product management culture, including strategic thinking, customer-centricity and data-driven decision making
- Set clear priorities, expectations, and development paths for the team
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse, globally distributed team, respecting and adapting to various cultural norms and time zones to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a key connector between customers, Product management, delivery teams and business development
- Align stakeholders around product priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions
- Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to portfolio-level decision-making
What You Bring
- Held senior positions in financial crime compliance as a practitioner and/or as a service provider
- Strong experience in product management within complex, multi-product environments
- Proven track record of defining and executing on product strategy at portfolio level
- Demonstrated ability to work across strategy, customer engagement, and go-to-market
- Experience leading and developing product management teams
