You will help shape, govern, and accelerate key programmes across our digital‑asset roadmap. This includes operating model definition, cross‑enterprise coordination, commercial and value‑case work, and delivery orchestration. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker who can quickly gain mastery of unfamiliar topics, engage diverse stakeholders, and craft clear, concise narratives that drive alignment and decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Synthesis & Communication
- Rapidly understand new topics (business, technical, operational) and translate them into crisp, compelling narratives.
- Create executive-ready materials, including one-page summaries, conceptual frameworks, diagrams, and structured analyses — without referencing specific tools.
- Simplify complex issues for varied audiences, from technical teams to senior executives.
- Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Lead stakeholder engagement across executive teams, design groups, and cross-functional partners.
- Communicate to governance forums — steercos, regulators, customer forums.
- Navigate differing incentives and viewpoints to build alignment and maintain momentum.
- Program & Operating Model Leadership
- Programme management and structured approach to execution and governance.
- Design and refine Target Operating Models, including process flows, governance structures, and organisational alignment.
- Develop rigorous business cases, commercial constructs, and investment recommendations.
- Break down ambiguous problems into structured workstreams with clear decision frameworks.
- Execution Support
- Track delivery milestones, risks, and interdependencies; anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, commercial, and operations to ensure coherence and progress.
- Deliver high-quality work at speed, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
What We Are Looking For
- Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solver (consulting-grade).
- Exceptional written, visual, and conceptual communication — able to produce high-quality pages and storylines that simplify complexity.
- Strong experience with transformation, including TOM design, business case development, and programme architecture.
- Commercial and analytical fluency, including cost modelling and scenario analysis.
- Expert stakeholder manager with diplomacy, influence, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Fast learner able to absorb entirely new content areas quickly.
- High‑velocity delivery, producing polished outputs within tight timelines.
Additional Consulting-Style Skill Sets
- MECE structuring, top‑down storylining, and executive‑level narrative creation.
- Development of logic flows, decision frameworks, and conceptual models.
- Workshop design, facilitation, and insight synthesis.
- Stakeholder mapping and influence strategies.
- Change‑readiness assessment and adoption planning.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in transformation, program management, strategy, business operations, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in operating model design, business case development, or complex transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
