What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships
- Source standout candidates using recruitment platforms and social media
- Create attractive job adverts and manage recruitment campaigns
- Match candidates with suitable opportunities
- Keep clients updated and maintain active candidate pipelines
- Conduct reference checks and ensure full compliance
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and share best practices
What You'll Bring
