The Enterprise Risk Analyst works closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework as well as key stakeholders across the ERM Policy & Methodology team, the Risk Department and Swift to ensure Swift's Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, efficient and embedded.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework to design, develop, implement and embed methodology changes to ensure Swift's approach to Enterprise Risk Management continuously improves and remains dynamic, aligns with regulatory and meets industry standards.
- Maintain effectiveness of Swift's ERM Framework collateral to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs.
- Support in the refresh and delivery of core components of Swift's ERM Framework including Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators as well as organisational tolerances.
- Perform analysis of Enterprise Risk data to assess implementation of Swift's ERM Framework and work closely with Risk Partners to continuously improve implementation as well as data quality.
- Develop and support effective risk reporting that has organisational impact and creates insight for decision-making.
What will make you successful
- 4+ years' experience working in a similar role with Enterprise Risk Management Subject Matter Expertise.
- ISO31000 or similar Enterprise Risk Management certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and producing impactful risk reporting for senior audiences.
- Good communicator able to engage proactively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Driven by engaging on varied activities and thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Solution orientated, curious and willing to ask questions.
- Adapt flexibly to achieve needed outcome.
