As an Early Years Apprentice, you will support children's learning and daily care, including play‑based activities, routines such as mealtimes and outdoor play, and helping to create a safe and engaging environment. You will also observe children's progress and learn from qualified staff as you build your skills and confidence over the 14‑month programme.

We welcome school or college leavers, career changers, and those with some childcare experience. Applicants should ideally have GCSE Maths and English (or be willing to work towards them as part of the apprenticeship).
