We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in SWIFT payments and corporate transaction flows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on cross-border payments, corporate banking processes and SWIFT messaging standards, and will act as a key bridge between business, operations and technology teams. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting complex payment and corporate flows, supporting solution design and ensuring alignment with global payments standards such as ISO 20022 and related APIs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and technical delivery teams to translate business needs into clear, structured and actionable requirements and design artefacts.
Key Activities
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate and document requirements for Corporate-related initiatives
- Develop high-quality functional and non-functional documentation, including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirements Specifications (FRD/FSD)
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Process flow diagrams and sequence diagrams
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments or financial services domain
- Strong understanding of Corporate and Trade Flows
- Prior experience working as a business analyst (Banks, Corporates or fintech)
- Strong experience creating process flows, and system interaction diagrams
- Solid understanding of data structures, message formats, APIs and integration patterns
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
