About You
- Previous experience within an automotive dealership, fleet, leasing, bodyshop or vehicle repair environment
- Hands-on experience using 1link, Keyloop or Dragon 2000 this is essential
- A good understanding of vehicle repair processes, whether mechanical, bodywork, paint or SMART repair
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around estimates, costs and data
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
- A commercial mindset and the ability to identify additional work where appropriate
- The ability to remain organised and, professional in a busy, fast-paced workshop environment
