The Role
As AI becomes part of everyday work, you ensure people can use AI tools effectively, safely and in line with regulatory expectations. You support Swift’s journey from awareness to confident, role‑appropriate use of AI by designing and delivering practical learning, insight and guidance. You translate concepts, tools and responsibilities into clear, usable learning experiences and guidance, ensuring literacy activities align with Swift’s internal governance standards and applicable regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act. By embedding these requirements directly into learning, you help make governance practical and usable at scale. This role sits at the centre of Swift’s transition into AI at scale, working with senior leaders, governance bodies and people using, designing and deploying AI across the organisation to help Swift operate safely, confidently and responsibly in a new regulatory environment.
Literacy Delivery
- Design and deliver engaging AI literacy training for prioritised groups in partnership with the AI Literacy Manager, ensuring the consistent application of Swift’s Responsible AI Standards and AI Policy, risk management and EU AI Act requirements are embedded throughout all content.
- Track participation, feedback and learning outcomes from AI literacy activities, and use insights to continuously improve content, formats and delivery approaches.
Governance Enablement and Alignment
- Support the AI Governance Lead in preparing and coordinating items for the AI Governance Council.
- Translate governance decisions into advice, user‑facing guidance, training content and employee communications to support proportionately governed AI initiatives.
- Transform the way we work, enabled by AI.
- Turn literacy and governance work into reusable, scalable assets.
- Support transformation within the squad by driving understanding in how to apply AI tools effectively and responsibly to reduce risk, increase clarity, accuracy and efficiency in governance processes, and improve literacy.
