Pay: £14.50 per hour Job description: This position is being advertised by Swift Temps Ltd, trading as an Employment Agency Mandatory: Driving licence This role is just for 4-5 weeks, ASAP start This role will involve alongside our team, you will offer administrative and practical support across the company. This will include: Computer based tasks, Answering the telephone. Travelling to our other sites to perform tasks such as organising and checking accommodation, assessing problems and arranging repairs, alongside other ad-hoc administrative tasks. Duties: Arranging contractors to complete maintenance work (accommodation) Assisting with office administration Answering internal and external telephone calls, handling them effectively and communicating messages as appropriate. Overseeing ordering of consumables Maintaining staff accommodation Liaising with other team members to obtain and communicate information effectively. Finding ways to communicate to employees including those with limited/no English language skills. This includes supporting some employees with medical appointments, ordering prescriptions and assisting with understanding personal letters. Receiving reports of damaged/broken items, arranging repairs or passing to a relevant staff member to resolve Accommodation inspections, organising scheduled safety checks including those for HMO and to meet agency requirements. Helping to maintain a safe working environment You will have a driving licence and be willing to drive company vehicles Location/Shift Hadnall Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm Pay: 14.50£/ph Mandatory: Driving licence JBRP1_UKTJ
