We are currently recruiting for a
reliable and experienced Team Leader
to join a busy team based in
Wellesbourne . This is a great opportunity for someone with previous team-leading experience who is looking for
stable, long-term work in a friendly and supportive environment . You will play an important role in helping the team work efficiently, supporting colleagues and ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
Supporting and leading a team on a daily basis Allocating tasks and helping to organise workloads Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standard Supporting and motivating team members Helping resolve day-to-day issues Maintaining a safe and positive working environment Working alongside management to achieve daily targets About You
