The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting various administrative functions, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office applications
- Helping with invoicing, stock control and order processing
- Supporting financial processes through data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required
- Organising office supplies and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and functional
- Collaborating with different departments to improve administrative procedures and workflows
- Admin support for multiple departments
Skills:
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 17:00. Due to the rural location in Wem (with relocation to Telford by the end of September), candidates must have their own transport.
