The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting various administrative functions, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office applications
  • Helping with invoicing, stock control and order processing
  • Supporting financial processes through data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required
  • Organising office supplies and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and functional
  • Collaborating with different departments to improve administrative procedures and workflows
  • Admin support for multiple departments
