Our client based on Halesfield, Telford are looking to expand their small but friendly team by adding an experienced, time served Pressbrake Setter / Operator to their team.
As a Pressbrake Operator/ Setter you will be:
- Responsible for own workload
- Ensuring OTIF
- Ensuring work completed in timely manner
- Operation and set of 3 meter and 4 meter Amada Pressbrakes
- Willingness to be trained in other areas to become multiskilled and use other machinery such as Spot Welder, Saw and potentially Laser
- Work effectively as a team and efficiently independently.
This is an excellent role for someone looking to develop their skills and advance their career within the industry. Or an excellent role for a skilled setter to grow within a small team and flourish.
Hours of work:
- Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm, Fridays 8am to 2pm, regular overtime available
Pay:
- First 39.5 hours’ £15ph . overtime from 39.5 hours payable at £18.75ph Monday to Friday. Weekend overtime is paid at £22.50 to £30ph
- Each month all staff, are eligible to receive a bonus based on the company achievements for that month.
This is a temp to perm vacancy with a full permanent contract being offered after 12 full working weeks, through Swift Temps Ltd
