We are currently recruiting for experienced Order Pickers to join our team in a busy freezer warehouse environment in Banbury. This role involves working in temperatures of up to -23C and using a voice picking system to accurately pick and prepare customer orders.
Duties include:
- Picking orders using a voice picking system
- Working safely and efficiently in a freezer environment
- Checking accuracy of picked items
- Preparing orders ready for dispatch
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse/order picking experience (preferred)
- Experience using voice picking systems (beneficial)
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Reliability and flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7
