Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our logistics and supply chain team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing various administrative functions related to warehouse operations, transportation management, and process optimisation.

Monday-Friday.

07:00-15:30

Temp to Perm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee category management activities to ensure stock levels and product classifications are optimised.
  • Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) to coordinate shipments, track inventory, and streamline workflows.
  • Support third-party logistics (3PL) providers in coordinating shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
  • Manage shipping documentation, customs compliance, and delivery schedules in accordance with organisational standards. .
  • Coordinate materials handling activities including picking & packing operations within the warehouse environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in category management, process optimisation, and supply chain logistics.
  • Strong understanding warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • ping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Warehouse experience including picking & packing processes is highly desirable.
  • PC literate including use of Microsoft office ( Excel, Word, outlook & PP)
  • MHE CB & Reach licence is desirable but will be trained if not.
  • positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
