Requirements Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively. Mechanical knowledge including welding skills and familiarity with mechanical components. Experience working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and automation control systems such as PLCs. Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing maintenance teams or projects. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across departments.
