This position is being advertised by Swift Temps Ltd, trading as an Employment Agency. We are seeking a number of experienced Food Production Operatives to join our busy client based in Shawbury, working on a temp to perm basis leading to permanent contract after 12 full working weeks.

HEAVY LIFTING 25KG

The working hours for this position are: 6:00 am to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Pay: £13ph, paid weekly.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the food production process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation.
  • Unloading cooked items and loading ingredients.
  • Lifting and loading bags and raw materials.
  • Adhere to guidelines to maintain food safety standards.
  • Conduct regular product inspections.
  • Packing and labelling produced food.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations within the food production environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production is essential.
  • Must have OWN TRANSPORT.
