Our prestigious client in Tewkesbury islooking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.As a Chilled Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role within thedistribution chain, linking production and haulage to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of customer orders. This hands-on, physically active role requires working in a temperature-controlled environment – where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.
Main Duties
- Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders
- Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
- Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles
- Complying with food hygiene regulations
Important Notes
- This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
- Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, make-up, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the production area.
- Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times

Summary
Days worked:Monday – Saturday, five shifts per week
Hours:Minimum of37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis
Shift Times:0700 – 1630, 0900 – 1830; Saturdays one shift 0700 – 1600 (withflexibility to stay longer on shift if required)
Overtime:Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay
