We are seeking skilled and reliable Class 1 Drivers to join our team, completing national general haulage deliveries and collections on a Monday to Sunday basis, which will entail both days and nights. Start times may vary, but shifts are generally anytime after midnight (0:00) to midday (12:00).

Pay:
- Weekdays-DAY SHIFT: £15.62PH, overtime on day shift on Saturdays: £18.74PH and Sundays £20.52PH
- NIGHT SHIFT- Mon to Friday only (finishing Sat morning) £16.51ph PAYE only, weekly pay through Swift Temps Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Delivery of goods to the required location and obtaining proof of delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience:
- Class 1 Licence (Cat C+E).
- Current CPC and digital driving card.
- Clean Driving Licence and at least 1 years driving experience preferred.
- Familiarity with roadways and routes throughout the UK.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
