Swift Temps are currently recruiting an experienced Van Driver to work with a well-established building materials company.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Start Time: 6:00am
Working Hours: Approximately 45–50 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Deliveries: Up to 10 drops per day
Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
About the Van Driver role:
You will be responsible for completing daily deliveries of building materials to customers, following an allocated route and ensuring all deliveries are made safely and on time.
The role will involve up to 10 drops per day. You will also be required to use a PDA/handheld device to scan deliveries and update delivery information throughout your route.
Due to the physical nature of the role, you will need to be reasonably fit and comfortable handling and moving building materials as part of your daily duties. xohmjla
About You:
Reliable, punctual and organised
Confident working independently
Professional when dealing with customers
Comfortable with early starts and longer working days
Able to manage multiple deliveries efficiently
Previous Experience:
Previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience is required
A valid UK driving licence is essential
Experience delivering building materials or similar products would be an advantage
