We're currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Hook Lift Driver to join a busy recycling centre in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated driver looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent position.
The Role
- Driving a Class 2 Roll On Roll Off (Hook Lift) vehicle
- Collecting and transporting recycling containers safely and efficiently
- Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
- Day shifts starting at 7:00 AM
- Shifts of up to 10 hours
Pay
- £16.53 per hour (standard rate)
- £23.61 per hour for occasional additional shifts
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- At least 1 year's HGV Class 2 driving experience
- Previous Hook Lift/Roll On Roll Off experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (depending on offence code)
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Available to start ASAP
