My client, a well-established market leading manufacturer, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Panel Wirer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels to a high standard, ensuring all work complies with relevant specifications and safety regulations.
- Wiring and assembling electrical control panels from schematic diagrams
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and layouts
- Installing components such as relays, PLCs, and circuit breakers
- Conducting testing and fault-finding on completed panels
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
Proven experience as a Panel Wireman or similar role:
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Knowledge of electrical standards and regulations
- Experience with PLC wiring
- Relevant electrical qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
