Swift Temps South West is recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for an established builders merchant client based in Bideford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start available for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving and organising stock within the yard and warehouse
- Preparing customer orders
- Supporting general yard and warehouse duties when required
- Working in a busy builders merchant environment
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £13.75 per hour
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence essential
- Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Previous yard, warehouse or builders merchant experience would be advantageous
- Good awareness of Health & Safety
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable with manual handling and working outdoors when required
- Available to start ASAP
