Pattern: 4 nights (Monday to Thursday), 48 hours / week,17.45 pm to 05.45 am Job Description Swift Temps Ltd is recruiting for a hands-on, safety-conscious Machine Shop Chargehand for our client based in Bradford to support Night Shift operation.
Working closely with the Night Shift Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective running of our production floor.
This is a dual-responsibility role combining practical leadership with active production support .
You will supervise operators, allocate tasks, maintain production flow, and step in to assist with operations and machine setups when required.
Department features purpose-built drilling/tapping machines, purpose-built assembly equipment, and hand assembly stations.
