Swift Placements are working with a School Insurer business based in Bradford who currently undergoing a period of growth. Our client is looking to recruit for 2x Cold Callers/ Lead Generators to join their team during School Term time until April 2025. The primary responsibility of the Cold Caller is to proactively contact schools and education establishments to introduce and promote the companys absence insurance solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset to generate leads and secure appointments or interest from potential clients. Temp role till April 2025, with a potential to be extended. Location: BD10 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM Hourly Pay rate: £11.54 per hour £25.00 Paid for every Lead converted into a sale!
